1. What The Service Does

The NAVIGATE Publishing Assistant helps prepare, review, and publish NAVHERU/NAVIGATE social media content. When connected to TikTok, the service may use TikTok authorization to access basic account information and submit approved content to TikTok according to the permissions granted by the account owner.

2. Authorized Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes, with accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and platform compliance of content you approve for publishing.

3. TikTok Connection

Connecting TikTok requires authorization through TikTok's official OAuth process. The service does not ask for your TikTok password. You may revoke access through TikTok or by requesting disconnection from NAVIGATE.

4. Content Approval

NAVIGATE content should be reviewed before publishing. The service is designed to support human approval, not uncontrolled automatic posting. NAVHERU/NAVIGATE may refuse, pause, or remove content workflows that are inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or contrary to platform rules.

5. Spiritual And Educational Content

NAVIGATE offers spiritual, energetic, educational, and practice-based guidance. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No result is guaranteed.

6. Availability

The service may change, pause, or stop at any time. TikTok API access, posting features, approval status, and account permissions are controlled in part by TikTok and may change outside NAVIGATE's control.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NAVHERU/NAVIGATE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost reach, account restrictions, posting delays, platform errors, or business losses related to use of the service.
